1. Where do I send requests for public records?

Open Public Records Act (OPRA) designates the Clerk as the official custodian of local government records. However, it is possible for a municipality to appoint sub-custodians who can also accept OPRA requests. Check with the Borough Clerk by calling 732-257-1999, ext. 525 to find out where your request should be submitted.

Police Records

Requests for Police Records are handled directly by the Police Department (phone: 732-254-1150, ext. 103).
