Help us Share Community

One of the main goals of the Communications Committee is to empower residents with knowledge about events going on in town, programs available, and relevant changes that make living in South River a better place to live.

The Communications Committee has worked hard and thought through a variety of issues and challenges to create a system to allow for the submission of information relevant to our residents. We've put together a policy that we hope is easy, fair, and helpful to the many community organizations in the borough.

Submitting Community Information

Currently, community organizations can submit an event or choose to place an advertisement in the Monthly Buzz. In addition, commissions and departments may submit an informational update or request an addition or change to their webpage. We encourage you to read the entire communications policy before submitting a form.

Building A Unified Communications Effort

This is the first step in what we hope will be an even more robust effort to unify and simplify our communications across a variety of mediums. We're focused on trying to implement a "submit once, publish everywhere" process. We have laid much of the foundation to accommodate this, but will be working across various departments to make this a reality.
