OPRA OPRA designates the Clerk as the official custodian of local government records. However it is possible for a municipality to appoint sub-custodians who can also accept OPRA requests. Check with the Borough Clerk (Albert Seaman, 732-257-1999 ext. 116) to find out where your request should be submitted. Requests for Police Records are handled directly by the Police Department (732-245-1150 ext. 103).
